- Responds promptly to requests, manages priorities and emergencies, and anticipates needs to support the Group's performance and image.
- Gathers necessary information from various sources, manages specific issues in coordination with the Manager, handles purchases and validations, and monitors the Entity's budget.
- Collects and shares necessary information with the assistants' network, organizes and leads meetings, and manages the assistants within the network.

- You have a bachelor's level of thinking.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You are fluent in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
