Management Assistant in Brussel

Where will you be based?

As a member of the assistants team, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the department. You perform various support tasks for a multidisciplinary team of lawyers and economists. You are the point of contact. Communicating in a professional and respectful manner, both in Dutch and French, is therefore a must.

What does your job entail?

  • You proofread and finalise letters, reports and notes.
  • You manage correspondence and e-mail traffic (registration, dispatching, follow-up and filing) and cooperate in other administrative follow-up tasks.
  • You handle telephone calls.
  • You create files and keep them up to date.
  • You organise internal and external meetings and occasional trips.

What knowledge, experience and competences do you have to offer?

  • You have a bachelor's degree in office management or equivalent (must have).
  • You speak and write very good Dutch and French. You have a working knowledge of English.
  • You are flexible, well organised and able to set priorities. You can work both independently and in a team.
  • You can work well with the usual Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is an asset.
