This are the tasks of an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator:

  • Analyzing Business Performance: Evaluating KPIs, providing ad-hoc analysis, and contributing to projects.

  • Payment & Fraud Monitoring: Overseeing payment and fraud processes, ensuring high-quality information to relevant partners.

What is the profile of an E-Commerce Operations Coordinator:

  • You completed studies in Data Science, Economics, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields within the last year.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • You are skilled in MS Office and Excel, capable of performing complex functions and managing large databases. You are passionate about improving online processes and finding innovative solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively, consistently exceeding targets.
