The Best Workplace contest is a yearly initiative by Great Place to Work, an international research, consulting and training organization whose mission is to create and sustain fantastic workplaces. In Belgium, Vlerick Business School is the official partner of Great Place to Work. Scores are based on feedback from employees as well as a thorough screening of the corporate culture by Great Place to Work experts.
