Becoming a Great Place To Work doesn't happen overnight. Via an anonymous questionnaire your employees evaluate management, company culture and whether the company creates an atmosphere of mutual trust. You also write a culture audit about your HR policy that experts from the Vlerick Business School evaluate.
And this is a title we are quite proud of. After all, it is our wonderful employees who make Bright Plus' corporate culture so exceptional. Together we create a pleasant workplace in which we achieve results. This allows us all to grow individually and as a team.
