Legal Assistant in Sint-joost-ten-node

  • You manage the attorneys' agendas: scheduling meetings and organizing business trips.
  • You draft general correspondence, documents, memos, reports, and PowerPoint presentations from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and clarity of the final version.
  • You oversee the billing process and handle reimbursement requests with the finance department.
  • You perform ad-hoc secretarial and administrative tasks.
  • You communicate efficiently with clients by phone and email.
  • You have excellent proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English.
  • You are skilled in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Intapp and ChromeRiver is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a law firm is preferred.
  • You are a team player, reliable, and able to communicate professionally with clients.
  • You are well-organized, able to prioritize effectively, and consistently deliver high-quality work.
  • You work 38 hours per week: from 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Wednesday) and from 9 AM to 5 PM (Thursday and Friday).
  • Remote work is possible on Mondays and Fridays after a training period.
  • Your salary is supplemented with meal vouchers.
