What will you do as HR Project Coordinator?

You will get double responsibility, because you will focus both on our project staff working at our customers and on companies. So every day looks different.

Follow up and expand the team - For our project staff and freelancers, you are their single point of contact. You match them with temporary projects at our customers and hear everyone every month to make sure everything is going well. So you’re not only a great planner, but you are also a listening ear, a coach and  a motivator. In addition, you will be looking for new employees for your team at International Talents with tasks from recruiting to screening to smooth start-up. 

Finding clients and bond with them - Is a company looking for multilingual talent to help in a peak period, deal with long-term absence or any other need? Then you can provide the right solution. Afterwards, you evaluate our cooperation with the client and look for additional opportunities. You use your commercial skills to prospect and convince new companies of Bright Plus as an HR partner.
