Bright Plus has just been named one of the best workplaces in Belgium by the Great Place to Work Institute. This honor has been awarded to us for the eighth time. We are therefore very proud of the recognition. Because especially in these difficult times it is more important than ever to be a great place to work and to take care of each other.
Happy employees are extremely important to us. That is why we always study the Great Place to Work results thoroughly. Are there points of improvement? That’s why we put together a Bright Plus Board - a team that will consider possible improvement proposals. This significantly increases our chance of success! In the past year, we worked together on onboarding and sustainability. In the meantime, we launched the first initiatives and we are already seeing the first results.
The "secret" of our eight awards is therefore not that difficult to guess. We put the responsibility in the hands of our employees and give them the opportunity to set up something themselves. Isn't it so much more fun when a colleague shares a tip or a success? A sense of initiative, leadership and intrapreneurship are no empty words at Bright Plus! At Bright Plus, all colleagues really contribute to a better working environment.
Of course we are very proud of our eighth Great Place to Work-title. So proud that we created a campaign with the slogan "We are Bright, that makes us GR8!" Because our people? They are really GR8! This way we let everyone know how proud we are of all our employees and how fantastic it is to work with all colleagues as one team. In addition, it is an opportunity to highlight the "bright" aspect of our new name. Because indeed: besides innovation, also openness and enthusiasm are very important to us.
And winning an award has many "Plus" points. It is important for our customers that they can work with a company full of happy employees. Someone who feels good in their own skin goes 200% for every assignment. However, our recognition as a Great Place to Work also shows that we believe it is important that our employees feel good about themselves and that we want to build long-term partnerships.
I would like to thank all our employees for their dedication and hard work and for the wonderful recognition they have given Bright Plus as an employer. I would like to raise the glass to all our colleagues!
