Bring a Lead Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. The Bring a Lead promotion runs from 1 November 2024 to 31 December 2024 inclusive.
  2. The following conditions apply to the Bring a Lead promotion.

Our promotion conditions

Who can take part?

  • A Project Consultant employed through Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv (hereinafter referred to as “direct employee” and/or a Freelancer registered in the Bright Plus database (hereinafter referred to as “freelance employee”). The direct and freelance employees are hereinafter also referred to as “Referrer”.
  • The Referrer must be a natural person (private individual) having a valid email address, telephone number, home address and official place of residence in Belgium throughout the duration of the Bring a Lead promotion.

How do I take part?

  • The Referrer recommends a new vacancy lead for a company looking for an employee (hereinafter referred to as the “Proposed Application”) by providing the contact details to his/her employer Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, using this link https://www.brightplus.be/en/bring-a-lead-outsourcing-solutions. The Referrer also ensures the lead is as described below and introduces Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv to the company with the explicit notification that they will be contacted by Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv.

1 Promotion Terms for direct and freelance employees of Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv

1.1 How it works

  • Using the aforementioned link, Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv/Bright Plus nv will screen the Proposed Application forwarded by the direct or freelance employees.
  • The Referrer receives a premium for each Proposed Application forwarded by him/her during the term of the Bring a Lead campaign if Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv realises a placement or project of at least three months, under the following cumulative conditions:
    • The Proposed Application has not previously been forwarded to Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv by another indirect or freelance employee; nor is it already known in any way;
    • The Proposed Application has a start work date for Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv within 6 months of being proposed by the Referrer;
    • The Proposed Application is not already known to Bright request/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv: the Proposed Application must not have had any active contact with Bright Plus nv/Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv in the past 12 months;
    • The Proposed Application delivers work for Bright Plus nv or Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv for a minimum of 3 months;
    • The minimum registration data were correctly entered via the aforementioned link. The referral of vacancies falls outside the occupational activities of the Referrer and has no close connection whatsoever with them. There is no link whatsoever with the normal day-to-day tasks of the Referrer, and in carrying out the occupational activity, no use is made of the know-how acquired. In the event of a breach of the aforementioned rules, the Referrer shall be immediately and automatically excluded from the Bring a Lead promotion, without prior notice (and shall, as result, not be retained for any bonus).

1.2 The premium

  • If all the conditions stated in Article 2.1 have been met, the Referrer is entitled to a “Bring a Lead Fee”. The Bring a Lead fee is equal to a gross premium of €1000. For those employee directly employed at Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, the premium is considered to be income from employment and as such subject to contributions for social security and income tax.
  • If more than one Proposed Application is filled by Bright Plus nv/ Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv as a result of a referral by the Referrer in accordance with the terms of this promotion, the Referrer shall be entitled to the premium for each one of them.

1.3 Time of payment of the premium

  • If the Proposed Application results in the filling of an employment contract for temporary employment (including temporary employment with option for permanent employment), a freelance agreement, or an employment contract through recruitment and selection at a customer of Bright Plus NV, or an assignment is initiated by a Project Consultant or Freelancer at a customer of Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv, the payment of the premium will be made after 3 months of effective delivery of work based on the Proposed Application. 
  • The Referrer will be paid on the basis of the information that he/she has provided to Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv. Bright Plus Outsourcing Solutions nv can under no circumstances be held liable for possible incorrect payments if these could be attributed to incorrect personal, banking or invoicing details provided by the Referrer.
