Als Customer Service medewerker ben je het aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en patiënten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle administratie hieromtrent. Je maakt deel uit van het Customer Service team en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Team Leader Customer Service.
